How we use it

We use your details to review your request, reply with a quotation, arrange the transport you confirm and answer follow-up questions. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Quote form requests are emailed to our team. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We share trip details with drivers and operators only as needed to carry out the booking.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics tools are added later, this page will be updated.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any related booking, then delete or anonymise them.
